What does Yodi Richeson do?

Yodi Richeson is a performance and rehabilitation specialist trained in osteopathic technique. She works hands-on, one-on-one, with athletes across the NBA, MLB, NFL, tennis, and Olympic-level sport, with touring performers, and with executives and private clients. When a client needs more, she builds the team around them. She also teaches manual therapy internationally and mentors practitioners.

“Whatever that body tells me it needs,
that’s what I’m gonna give it.”

  1. Wrestlers and coaches from several national teams warming up on the mats of a competition training hall.

    Sports & Entertainment

One-on-one rehabilitation and recovery for individual athletes and performers, anchored by her longest-standing relationship, the NBA, alongside athletes in MLB, the NFL, tennis, and Olympic-level sport. Rock stars are athletes, and she treats them that way. She works directly with team medical staff and surgeons, not around them.

    Executives & Private Clients

Hands-on care for people whose bodies are always working. Yodi comes to you. When you need more than her hands, she builds the team around you, from trainer to specialist, in any city. One point of contact, and everything held in confidence.

    Practitioners & Teams

Yodi teaches therapists, ATCs, and PTs to work at an elite level and to charge what that work is worth, through her AMR class, taught internationally, and private-practice mentorship. Practitioners in her network are held to the standard she teaches.

Precise care for people who can’t afford downtime

Every engagement starts with an assessment, not a guess. The plan that follows is built for the specific demand the body is under: a full season, a tour schedule, a return from surgery. Sessions run as long as the work requires, not on a clock. This isn’t a wellness routine. It’s precision work for people who cannot afford downtime.

  • Care comes to you: your home, your hotel, your training facility.

In-home care is easy to find. In-home care at this level is not.

  • She tells clients what’s true, including when the move they want would set them back.

Trust is built the same way every time: by showing up and keeping every commitment.

  • When a need falls outside her hands, the right specialist is already lined up.

The network behind her is part of the work, not a fallback. Discretion is treated as part of the outcome, not a policy buried in fine print.

A Clear, Direct Path to Care

Working with Yodi starts with a conversation. There’s no menu or price list; the call is where fit is decided. Agents, managers, and assistants can reach her directly.

  1. 01

    Inquire and Connect

Send a confidential inquiry, yourself or through whoever manages your schedule. A short discovery call confirms fit, both ways.

  2. 02

    Assess and Plan

A focused assessment maps how your body moves and where it’s restricted. From it, Yodi builds a plan around your specific demand.

  3. 03

    Schedule and Begin

One session before a big week, or ongoing care across a season or tour. The schedule follows the demand.
